Project Details

Education by Design is a non-profit organisation based in Longview, Texas, USA. It brings together students, parents and teachers, with a focus on youth and adult indigenous leadership training for re-developing blighted communities in East Texas.

Education By Design’s mission is to foster leadership and responsibility in school age children through activities designed to enhance their world view and daily lives. Its aim is greater educational achievement for its students, greater college placement, as well as an enhanced sense of opportunity and community.

As a fledgling organisation, this client did not have an existing website, relying entirely on social media to connect with its audience. Education By Design required a simple, but eye-catching website to begin building brand recognition and to inform its target market.

Clarity Digital was instructed to design, build and host a small, visually appealing new website that would establish memorable branding and a professional online presence.

Although the client only required a small number of website pages initially, we focused on storytelling through images. The project included integrating the website with a secure online payment gateway, allowing the client to receive charitable donation payments directly via the site.

Clarity’s commission also included secure website hosting and the installation of premium malware protection.
